  • Pot of chilli marinated olives with cheese – You can get these in most supermarkets in the olives or deli section.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tins of beans (different types – I used kidney, cannellini and borlotti), drained and rinsed
  • Handful of fresh dill, chopped with stalks
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 pot of chilli marinated olives with cheese

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
