As a nutritionist, I’m all about helping you live your best life by adopting a healthier lifestyle that focuses on abundance, not restriction.

That’s why I created More Plants Nutrition. I was sick of seeing ‘all-or-nothing’ approaches to wellness and nutrition online, especially when it comes to plant-based diets.

My philosophy is simple: by adding more plants to your diet (not necessarily cutting out everything else!), you can reduce your risk of disease and get all the nutrients you need to feel amazing.

So, whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, or just curious about adding more plants to your diet, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION

There is no such thing as a perfect diet. Small steps towards your health and nutrition goals will get you further than aiming for perfection.

BALANCE IS HEALTHY

Eating more plants doesn’t mean you need to sacrifice the foods you love (yes, even cake!). Health is more than what’s on your plate – it’s your social and mental wellbeing too!

YOU DO YOU

It doesn’t matter if you want to eat 100% plants or 70% plants, just do what works for you. Unlike some parts of the plant-based community, this is a judgement-free zone!
