Do I Have to Use Frozen Berries?

You don’t have to! If you have an abundance of fresh raspberries and blueberries, you can definitely use them in this raspberry and blueberry smoothie.

However, I love using frozen raspberries and blueberries because it helps make the smoothie cold and refreshing.

Using frozen berries also means you can make this smoothie in summer or winter, as frozen raspberries and blueberries are available all year long from the supermarket.
