However, I love using frozen raspberries and blueberries because it helps make the smoothie cold and refreshing.

Using frozen berries also means you can make this smoothie in summer or winter, as frozen raspberries and blueberries are available all year long from the supermarket.

  • 1 heaped cup of frozen raspberries and blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 /4 cup oat bran or regular oats
  • 1/3 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (plant-based or dairy)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds


  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
